Henrique Nardi (he/him) is a graphic designer, photographer, and typography educator from São Paulo, Brazil. In 2003, Henrique founded Tipocracia, an educational initiative aimed at promoting typographic culture in Brazil. Henrique is also the communication coordinator for the Tipos Latinos Brasil Committee and a former director of ADG Brasil, the Brazilian Graphic Designers Association. For seven years, he taught Graphic, Editorial, and Typeface Design at the University of Wisconsin and took part in several mural projects while in Madison. In 2023, Henrique joined ATypI’s board of directors and relocated to Augusta, Georgia, to assume the role of Assistant Professor in Augusta University’s Department of Art & Design.
